favorite signs relates to number sequences. These are numerals that you repeatedly see
on license plates, phone numbers, clocks, and so on.
If you’ve ever wondered about the significance of these number sequences, you’re not
alone. Many people have asked us about their meaning during our angel workshops. So,
we went to the Source and asked for guidance to interpret the meanings of repetitive
number sequences. As a longtime student of Pythagorean sacred numerology (including
a past life as his student) and also an angel channeler, I rapidly received information as to
what the angels were conveying through these sequences.
My workshop audiences loved it when I discussed the significance of these groups of
numbers, and asked if I would compile a list for them to refer to. So, my book, Healing with
the Angels, included a chapter listing the meanings. After Healing with the Angels many
people said that they carried the book with them as a reference tool for interpreting the
numbers they saw. They asked for an even more comprehensive book that was pocket-
size which has just been published under the title, Angel Numbers.
Number-sequence interpretation is an easy way to receive messages from your angels.
Numerals are everywhere, from digital clocks to billboards to license plates. Each number
has a unique vibrational frequency relating directly to its meaning.
This ancient wisdom harkens back to great teachers such as Hermes, Plato, and
Pythagoras. Pythagoras said that everything in the Universe is mathematically precise,
and each number has its own vibration, meaning, and virtue. Plato wrote everything in the
Universe is built from basic geometrical shapes derived from numbers, such as triangles
(from three) and cubes (from four). The sacred mystical Jewish text of the Zohar
(Kabbalah) discusses the power of the vibrations from numbers and letters.
The angels also say that the placement of the numbers in a sequence holds special
meaning. For example, when there are three or more numbers, the center digit is of
primary focus. The angels say that this number represents the “heart” of the matter.
Numerology is one of the few sacred sciences that has kept its magic from ancient to
modern times. The angels remind us that we’re all alchemists, and that we’re powerful
enough to manifest our true desires through Divine magic. Numbers point out the
importance of seeing Heavenly messages third-dimensionally in order to show us the
lessons, the growth opportunities, and the guidance contained within each of our
experiences.
Below is a sampling of some number sequences your angels may show to you. Ask for
clarification if the numbers’ message is unclear by saying to them silently or aloud,
“Please clearly explain so I’ll easily understand.” As with any divination tool, defer to your
own inner wisdom as the ultimate authority. In other words, if in doubt, then trust your gut.
Three-digit Numbers
111 – Monitor your thoughts carefully, and be sure to only think about what you want, not
what you don’t want. The sequence is a sign that there is a gate of opportunity opening
up, and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speeds. The 111 is like the
bright light of a flash bulb. It means that the universe has just taken a snapshot of your
thoughts and is manifesting them into form. Are you pleased with what thoughts the
universe has captured? If not, correct your thoughts…ask your angels to help you with
this if you have difficulty controlling or monitoring your thoughts.
123 — Simplify your life. Get rid of anything that’s pulling at your energy, time, or
finances—especially anything that pulls you away from your life purpose. The ascended
masters are helping you with this simplification.
222 — Have faith. Everything’s going to be all right. Don’t worry about anything, as this
situation is resolving itself beautifully for everyone involved.
333 — The Ascended Masters are near you, desiring you to know that you have their
help, love and companionship. Call upon the Ascended Masters often, especially when
you see the number 3 patterns around you. Some of the more famous Ascended Masters
include: Jesus, Moses, Mary, Quan Yin and Yogananda.
444 — Thousands of angels surround you at this moment, loving and supporting you.
You have a very strong and clear connection with the angelic realm, and are an Earth
angel yourself. You have nothing to fear—all is well.
555 — Buckle your seatbelts. A major life change is upon you. This change should not be
viewed as being “positive” or “negative” since all change is but a natural part of life’s flow.
Perhaps this change is an answer to your prayers, so continuing seeing and feeling
yourself to be at peace.
666 — Your thoughts are out of balance right now, focused too much on the material
world. This number sequence asks you to balance your thoughts between Heaven and
Earth. Like the famous, “Sermon on the Mount” the angels ask you to focus on spirit and
service, and know your material and emotional needs will be met as a result.
777 — The angels applaud you… “congratulations, you’re on a roll! Keep up the good
work and know your wish is coming true.” This is an extremely positive sign and you
should also expect more miracles to occur.
888 — A phase of your life is about to end, and this is a sign to give you forewarning to
prepare. This number sequence may mean you are winding up an emotional career or
relationship phase. It also means there is light at the end of the tunnel. In addition it
means, The crops are ripe. Don’t wait to pick and enjoy them. In other words, don’t
procrastinate in making your move or enjoying the fruits of your labor.
875 — The changes you’re making have put you on the right path for manifesting
abundance in all ways.
999 — Get to work, Lightworker! The world needs your Divine life purpose right now. Fully
embark upon your sacred mission without delay or hesitation.
000 — A reminder you are one with God, and to feel the presence of your Creator’s love
within you. Also it is a sign that a situation has gone full circle.
Four-digit Numbers
To interpret the meaning of four-digit numbers, break the number sequence into three
digits and read that interpretation. Then, add the last digit’s interpretation to know the
meaning of the entire sequence. For instance, to interpret 2048, begin with the first three
digits: 204, and read its interpretation:
204 — God and the angels ask for your patience. Stay filled with faith that your prayers
have been heard and are answered.
Then, read interpretation of the last of the four digits in 2048, which is 8:
8 — Know that financial abundance is coming to you now.
Put these two interpretations together and you have the meaning of 2048: God and the
angels ask for your patience. Stay filled with faith that your prayers have been heard and
are answered. Financial abundance is coming to you now.
Summarizing these combined interpretations, then, 2048 means: “Heaven assures you
that your money needs will be supplied. Have patience.”
Five-digit Numbers
You can interpret five-digit numbers in a similar fashion. Just take the first three digits and
read its meaning, then read the interpretation of the last two digits in the number
sequence. Combine these meanings and then summarize them.
Here’s an example using the five-digit number sequence, 99900:
999 — Get to work, Lightworker! The world needs your Divine life purpose right now. Fully
embark upon your sacred mission without delay or hesitation.
And here is the meaning of the last two numbers:
00 — This means that the Creator is emphasizing a message to you and asks that you
pay attention and follow the guidance without delay.
Next, add the meanings of the two together to find that 99900 means:
Get to work, Lightworker! The world needs your Divine life purpose right now. Fully
embark upon your sacred mission without delay or hesitation. The Creator is emphasizing
this message to you and asks that you pay attention and follow the guidance without
delay.
In other words, God wants you to fully commit yourself to your life’s purpose…now!
Six-digit Numbers
To interpret the meaning of a six-digit number such as 225496, you’d break it into two or
three-digit components. In this case, we’ll break it into 225 and 496. Then, read the
interpretation for the first section, which is:
225 — Trust that this change is for the best. You are in a period of transition—letting go
of the past and that which is no longer working. Let go and move forward with confidence
and faith.
Then, you’d look up the meaning of the second three-digit segment:
496 — The angels ask you to make your Divine life mission your top priority right now.
Don’t worry about how it will come about, or any other material aspect concerning your
purpose. The angels help with everything.
Next, compile the meanings of each segment so that 225496 means:
Trust that this change is for the best. You’re in a period of transition—letting go of the
past and that which is no longer working. Let go and move forward with confidence and
faith. The angels ask you to make your Divine life mission your top priority right now. Don’t
worry about how it will come about, or any other material aspect concerning your purpose.

This is a message, in summary, that says, “Have faith in the changes you’re experiencing.
The angels ask you to focus on your Divine life mission, and they’ll supply all your
material needs.”

7. Working with Others:
Techniques for Removing Energy Blockages
Last month we reviewed some of the possible energy sensations you may feel as you
continue to work with Reiki.
If you find something while scanning or dowsing the energy body, the following techniques
can be helpful to remove it. If it feels appropriate you can invite the recipient to tune into
what you have found, as they may have an insight about it which is useful to them, such
as who is at the end of a cord. Always use compassion when cutting cords and releasing
thought forms or blockages. Calling in your Reiki guides and bringing light in helps to
boost the Reiki and to guide your intuition. If something still refuses to clear, then the
recipient is either not ready to release it, or it is not appropriate for you to clear it for some
reason.
Cutting Cords: Imagine that your hand is very sharp and cut the cord close to the body,
with Reiki light. Imagine that the energy goes back to whom it belongs to. I like to call in
Archangel Micheal to either actually do the cord cutting or to assist in the process. This is
a powerful energy technique and one that should not be used lightly, without much
thought or preparation. Because I feel this needs more detailed explanation, next month I
will go more in-depth with this process.
Filling in Auric Holes: Place one hand at the edge of it, and slowly bring it towards the
body, imagining that you are filling the hole with light and squeezing out anything
negative. Then touch your hand to the body, or close to the body if at an intimate area.
Releasing Negative Thought Forms: If you feel there is something in the aura or the
body needing release, reach into it (imagine you are if it is in the body- use your etheric
hands), and pull it out quickly. Pull it out of the aura and let whatever it was dissolve into
light. Pulling it out often feels like you are stretching elastic, and when this sensation
stops, it has come out.
Releasing Blockages: This can be used with the above technique or on its own. Fluff up
the aura close to the body, imagining that this is agitating any blockage so that it is
released.
Enlivening a Weak Aura: The whole aura, or part of it may feel rather small and
depressed. To give it a boost, fluff it up, as if you are fluffing up lots of feathers, to a foot
or two from the body. The recipient may feel light-headed- this is quite common and
shows a negative thought form has been released.
Clearing The Aura: This is a way of clearing the aura, but more specific work on areas of
it may also be required. First of all, chop or cut up to a foot from the body with the edge of
your hand, from the head downwards. This cuts minor cords and removes minor
blockages. Then comb the aura with your fingers, starting at the top and working down, in
a downwards direction. This brings the fibres of the aura back together. Lastly, fluff the
whole aura up, again starting at the head, as in the
last technique. Do this a coupe of times.
Balancing The Aura: This needs to be done when the aura feels thicker, weaker or
larger on one side. Hold your hands, so one is on each side, and stop when the energy
feels even. You may find that there are blockages in one side which need to be removed
first.
Before and After the Session
It is important to provide a space in which the recipient can relax fully. There needs to be
no disturbances and it needs to be a warm temperature. Have a blanket ready in case
they get cold and to cover them with at the end.
Wash your hands up to the elbows before and after and provide plenty of water for you
both to drink afterwards. Freshen up but avoid highly scented perfume. Prepare the room
so it is nice and cleanse it energetically by smudging or spraying an essential oil cleansing
blend or saltwater around.
Picture white light streaming down, filling all the corners. Prepare yourself mentally by
meditating and visualising light coming into you. Call on your Reiki guides and whatever
spiritual beings inspire you, for example Dr Usui, Buddha, the Ascended Masters.
Remove any watch or jewellery and ask the recipient to remove theirs. If they will be lying
down, they may want to empty their pockets so they don't get any nasty surprises when
turning over! They should also remove footwear.
After the session is complete, silently thank the beings you called upon to guide and help
you. Rub down the recipient's body at the sides a couple of times. Ask the recipient to
come back gently and open their eyes in their own time.
Put a blanket over them. When they get up, ask them if they are grounded and ground
them some more if they are not. Also ground yourself. Advise them to drink plenty of water
and take it easy for a while. They may want to share something that came up during the

recipient was.

When doing Reiki, there are times that an energetic blockage can be really locked into the
body and it is helpful to utilize a few additional techniques during the treatment process
which helps move the blockages along. This is especially true if while giving Reiki to an
area that has shown an energetic restriction, the energy seems difficult to move, is feeling
very concentrated or is taking a long time to drain out or release. These techniques will assist in
breaking up the energy patterns holding the blockage in place.
These techniques come by a variety of names, depending on which modality is being utilized or
who has taught the techniques. But regardless of the name that the technique is being labeled,
the important thing when using them while doing Reiki, is remain a clear and open channel and not
to become attached to the process or the results.
The Triangle Technique:
This is a simple, effective two-handed method for removing blocked energy.
1. Place your hands palms down, with the tips of your pointer fingers touching
and your thumbnails overlapping. Your hands, especially the open area
between them, form the shape of a triangle.
2. Form the triangle directly on or 2-6 inches above the area to be worked on.
When working above the body, you are moving into other areas of the aura
of the body…the etheric double, the emotional, the mental, the spiritual.
3. Visualize and feel the Reiki energy as well as healing colors coming from the
palms of your hands and your fingers, penetrating directly into the area you
are working on.
4. As the Reiki energy penetrates the area, visualize the energy blockage breaking
up. See and feel this blockage being pushed up and out through the center of
the triangle and being released and immediately transmuted.
5. It is also beneficial when you have the person receiving the treatment
participate in the visualization process. The more actively engaged in the process
the person is while receiving the treatment, the more they will benefit. This active
engagement can take on many different forms, use the one that works best for
you and the person receiving the Reiki.
The triangle is a sacred and powerful symbol. For me, it feels intuitively natural to use
during a Reiki session and was a technique I began using as just that..through intuitive
inspiration, before I began reading and learning about its application in other areas.
Let’s take a look at the triangle as a symbol. A symbol can be defined as a means of
communication that goes beyond the ability of expressed language- written or spoken.
It is something that is felt, and it is felt on a number of different levels, invoking a variety
of feelings and emotions. Each response to a symbol is highly individualistic—based on
our experiences, perceptions, background, culture. etc.
So keeping this in mind—read through some of the interpretations I have gathered from
different resources regarding the triangle, some, none, or all may resonate with you…
what were are trying to explore here is the metaphysical meaning the triangle has for
you personally.
Triangle: The triangle is the strongest geometric form. It cannot collapse unless one
of it's joints give out. The triangle can be used to represent the 4 basic elements:
earth, air, fire. and water.
The Triangle represents the active principle and is often used as a symbol of fire. It's
energy is dynamic and it creates change, moves forcibly and with power.
The Triangle associated with the number three. Pointing upwards, it symbolizes fire,
male power and counterfeit view of God. To Christians, it often represents the Trinity.
Pointing down, it symbolizes water, female sexuality, goddess religions and homosexuality.
The Triangle is a symbol of manifestation. It will amplify anything put into it.
Triangles have an effect on anything inside them. In the 1970's triangle shapes were
used to preserve milk and other food without refrigeration. I do not recommend anyone
doing that as the technology is more complicated than I am explaining here and one might
get ill if they try that, but commercially it was done. I know with my own experiments with
pyramid shapes, I mummified meat in 3 days with just a simple, basic pyramid.
My grandfathers' razor blades (before the days of Bic throwaways) lasted for
one year when stored in a pyramid. As you can see the triangle amplifies the energy in
a unique way.

movement overcoming duality. In the Tao three is the central number of equilibrium.

this shape. A triangle has three equal sides, and the number 3 may be regarded as a symbol of
completion. The number 3 appears throughout history in many cultures and religions. There are,
for example, the three worlds or three levels of consciousness: consciousness, unconsciousness,
and cosmic consciousness. Western psychology may define these same three worlds as the ego,
the shadow and the self.
The Triangle In Christianity the number 3 is exemplified by way of the Holy Trinity. This
concept suggests that three apparent gods are, in fact, one and the same. This would seem,
once again, to be our eternal triad of body, mind and spirit. God the Son is the body, God the
Father is the mind, and God the Holy Ghost is the spirit. These constitute the whole person.
The Triangle: Manifestation of the spirit in the body as the life force, the need of spirit to
extend itself through creative expression, and true expression of spirit, which spirit comes when we
realize we are spirit.
The Triangle: This sign holds the power of integration through the trinity: of body, mind, and spirit;
of mother, father, and child; of past, present, and future; of the Holy Trinity. Represents time of
integration in life. It also embodies the power of the pyramids. It is an active symbol of spirit and
aspiring to higher realms. Two triangles- one in the normal position and one inverted and
superimposed on the first-form a six-pointed star, called Solomon’s Seal, that is a symbol for the
human soul. The triangle also has the power of
protection. This sign says, you are safe and you are being protected.
The Triangle carries the theme of self-discovery and revelation, the shape stands for goals,
visions, and dreams. It is the universal shape associated with the attainment of desired goals, and
with the ability to envision new possibilities.

concept suggests that three apparent gods are, in fact, one and the same. This would seem,
once again, to be our eternal triad of body, mind and spirit. God the Son is the body, God the
Father is the mind, and God the Holy Ghost is the spirit. These constitute the whole person.
The Triangle: Manifestation of the spirit in the body as the life force, the need of spirit to
extend itself through creative expression, and true expression of spirit, which spirit comes when we
realize we are spirit.

superimposed on the first-form a six-pointed star, called Solomon’s Seal, that is a symbol for the
human soul. The triangle also has the power of
protection. This sign says, you are safe and you are being protected.
The Triangle carries the theme of self-discovery and revelation, the shape stands for goals,
visions, and dreams. It is the universal shape associated with the attainment of desired goals, and
with the ability to envision new possibilities.
