Sometimes we find ourselves holding onto to negative feelings that revolve around ourselves and
another individual, group, or situation. This grudge of negativity can turn inward as well and create
an attachment to us that will eventually manifest as an illness of some sort.  It doesn't matter what it is,
or why it is...it is unhealthy for all involved, it is centered in fear, and it throws each of us off balance on
all levels.  

You might be reading this and saying BUT he/she deserves it, do you know what they have done to
me? And I am going to say, if you are not coming from a place of unconditional love, then this person or
situation has blessed you with a gift you have not recognized yet...there is something inside of yourself
you are still seeking to master yourself for your personal growth, and they have agreed to be a catalyst
for that growth on an energetic level.

So if you find yourself in that type of space and are ready to release the emotion, here is a technique
that will assist you.


Releasing Grudges Energy Healing Technique:

Find  a quiet place and to do Reiki for about 20 minutes to a half an hour.  Begin to allow the Reiki
energy to start to flow through you while you do this, placing your hands on your solar plexus.

1) Relax, close your eyes, bring your attention to your third eye chakra. Visualize the midnight blue of
this chakra center, and allow it to begin to spiral open. Feel the energy flow here in a balanced way.

2) Place the tip of your tongue gently on the roof of your mouth, just behind your teeth.

3) While focusing on your third eye, breath deeply, in through the nose and out through the mouth, 3
times. Each time clearing out stale energy, while bringing in fresh, clear, harmonious energy.

4) Visualize the person, place or thing that you wish to release the negative emotions from standing in
front of you. If it is an organization that you are holding a grudge against, it is good to use a symbol that
is representative of that group.

5) Bring your attention to your heart chakra. Open this center, feel the pinkish-green intertwining  color
coming from this area, and feel it opening outward in a strong, balanced way.

6) Continue to feel the rest of your chakras, opening and spinning in a balanced way, as you give
yourself reiki.

7) Once you have opened each chakra, then visualize a flood of golden light pouring from your heart
center and into that image you are holding in front of you. With each out-breath, visualize more and
more golden light beaming outward, surrounded by the light

8) Allow the image in your third eye to become completely infused by golden light, to the point where
you can no longer see the image at all.

9) Place both hands over the heart center and affirm, I have released all attachments to (situation), and
choose to remain centered in love.

10) Repeat your affirmation 3 times.

11)End by encircling yourself in this powerful healing light.
