Soak It Up!   
              Think of your bathroom as a mini spa where you can retreat to for relaxation. Close
              the door, hang an official DO NOT DISTURB sign, light some candles, play soft
              music, then add some soothing scents to a hot tub of water. Sit back and soak
              away the stress. Lavender Essential Oil (5 drops) added to a bath is calming to the
               mind, body and spirit.


         Use Your Common Scents!       
                Aromas have been used for centuries as a method  to relieve stress and tension.
                Smell can trigger various reactions in your body. Try using some of  the common
                scents listed below that are easy to find on hand and can help elevate your mood.
