Definition of Meditation - what it is and what it is not
There are many misunderstandings about what meditation is and what it is not. Meditation is often confused with
prayer, contemplation or visualization. A meditative state is a right brain expression of spirit, creativity and
intuitive insight. Prayer, contemplation and visualization are left brain activities. Learning meditation is a tool to
focus energy and attention - leading to higher consciousness.

Intent steers waves - a simple principle

Heart Meditation - listening to the heart
The leading edge research now is called neurocardiology which has determined that 60-65% of the cells in the
heart are the same as the neural cells in the brain and that the heart "thinks" or is communicating with the body.
It is being clearly established that the heart is the central controller for the endocrine system - and the
endocrine system is the pattern of energy centers or chakras as they were called in the past.

Heart is not just a pump but one of the critical vortexes of our electromagnetic field
We are always given images of the heart as a pump without knowing that the central muscle from the "bottom of
the heart" is a perfect vortex center of our electromagnetic field.  The heart is the only geometrically correct
location in the body for the blood to change directions as it is one of the critical vortexes of the body.

Our vocabulary will often remind us of this when we say - I mean this from the bottom of my heart, or I feel some
thing from the bottom of my heart. Don't confuse the word heart with what we think of as emotion. This field is
affected by your emotions and known as your aura as well. We are referring to the Creative power of the
Universe (by whatever name you have conceived) that sparked what you know as YOU into existence.

Pineal gland - or third eye
The second important vortex is also a Golden Mean Spiral - the pineal gland, which gets its name from the Pine
Cone because of its spiral shape.  It is a very tiny little spiral in the center of the brain.  It is directly behind the
ethmoid sinus, between the eyes in the center of the forehead so is often referred to as the Third Eye.  The
posterior wall of the ethmoid sinus is coated with magnatite, which is recharged when it is around healthy
magnetic field such as sand, rocks or water.

Electrosmog from our human activities and the grid diminish and scatter the charge in our electromagnetic field.
Although in the past it was thought that the Pituitary gland controlled the endocrin glands, neurocardiology is
now establishing that the ductless glands act as an array antenna for the heart.  We can and do block this with
our conscious mind and the unhealthy environment of some of the trappings of civilization.

Breath is the pump
When we focus on breathing, we can raise or lower the energy field being expressed through our bodies.  As
we breath, we reestablish the connection with the heart and allow changes to occur.  A change of heart
changes everything!

The efficiency of a vortex is that it evenly distributes charge.
When the electromagnetic field is disrupted, we experience various symptoms which we can address by allowing
the free flow of energy to be restored in a healthy environment..  Most of the drugs we ingest are designed to
block, supplement or stimulate the endrocrin glands. The true function of the endocrin system is to receive the
broadcast of energy from the heart.  Allow, allow, allow and create the opportunity for heart and mind to
syncronize and harmonize.

It is the dance of life and your connection to the universe.
