Susan Anderson, Owner Silverdale, PA
Susan Anderson, owner of Seeds for Change, is a former public school
educator, having worked for 22 years in the teaching profession. She retired
from public education in 2000 after spending 18 years at Perkiomen Valley
High School in Collegeville, PA teaching students with learning disabilities.
She received her Bachelor's Degree from Bloomsburg University and Masters’
s Degree in Education from Lehigh University.
Susan's life long interest in holistic healing and spiritual studies led her down many roads in
pursuit of deeper knowledge and experience. She received her Certificate in Aromatherapy
from the Australasian College of Herbal Studies in 1999, became a Certified Massage
Therapist in 2000, and a Reiki Master in 2001. She began teaching Reiki through the
evening schools in Pennridge and Souderton school districts as well as offering classes in her
home. She is also trained in Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Emotional Freedom
Technique, Touch for Health and Polarity. In December 2004, she was ordained as an
Interfaith Non-Denominational Minister, graduating from the Circle of Miracles Ministry in
Wycombe, PA. She is experienced in conducting Sunday Celebration Services as well as
officiating at personalized sacred ceremonies, such as weddings, blessings, transition
ceremonies, and baby namings.
In March, 2005, she opened Seeds for Change Wellness Community in New Britain, PA. The
vision was to offer a variety of wellness programs under one roof, by a number of well trained
professionals. Beginning in September 2006, the center shifted to become a mobile grassroots,
outreach program, utilizing just their home office, in order to best serve the needs of the
community, and to be real honest to keep financially afloat. The opportunity to open a small,
homey office very close to their home, presented itself in September 2007. The programing
once again made a shift to adjust. Currently most classes, workshops, consultations, and
energy sessions occur from this location, although Susan along with husband Scott, continue
to provide a broad range of mobile services.
Susan's personal philosophy when working or teaching is that life is a stream of endless
possibilities with daily opportunities for growth, development and healing. All one needs
to do is make the choice to begin the work and then miracles begin to happen.
Susan is a wife and mother of two teenage daughters. In her free time she enjoys creative
pursuits, writing and reading, and when time allows traveling.
