Keeping Healthy Is An Ongoing Process
It is not something we can just choose to work on when things go out of balance if we wish to enjoy
each day fully. The key lies in empowering ourselves with a good education on how to work with the
healer inside of each of us. Part of this process is what we have on hand to help us through the
times when we may not be feeling at our peak.
Life is not just about being alive but being well, so make plans to learn what you can do!

Facilitator Susan Anderson is a holistic practitioner who operates Seeds for Change
Wellness. Years ago after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis she was determined to
find another way to handle the imbalance within her body rather than accept the dim
prognosis she was given. Her ability to find a simple remedy to resolve this challenge was
one of the first steps in leading her onto the path she has been walking today. Through the
years she continues to study, research and work with techniques that access the inner
healer. Using her background as a teacher, she then brings what she has learned into the
larger community to share with others.
