                 about the multi-level approach to healing to achieve better
                 health and wellness centered in peace and harmony. She
                 will discuss a variety of techniques that are simple and easy
                 to implement into your daily routine, as well as home remedies
                 that can be added to your personal care practices.

                 Come out to discover  some of the ways you can begin
                 to improve your health, in ways that will are easy to incorporate
                 into your lifestyle.

                 more detailed information about each of the items discussed in
