Some information about mobile dog grooming…
Canine Carriage mobile dog grooming was established with both the dog and
their owner in mind. The highest level of gentle, loving care is provided by a
professional groomer, working within a state-of-the-art mobile grooming salon.
No more running back and forth to drop off and pick up your pets. All grooming
is performed right outside your home in a spacious, stress-free environment.
A full dog groom includes: nail clipping, trimming fur away from pads on feet, ear
cleaning (and plucking hair from ear canal, if needed), sanitary area clipping
(corner of eyes, groin and anal areas), bathing, drying, coat clipping and/or
shedding, and scissoring. A full groom, or a la cart services can be requested.
Other services provided…
- Canine waste pick-up and removal - I refer to it as “yard art”.
- Canine massage - a delightful treat for your dog.
- Canine reiki - if you have experienced reiki for yourself, then you will
love this for your dog! (I am a level 2 practitioner.)
Pricing
Grooming prices will vary depending upon breed, frequency of grooms, coat
condition, and amount of handling to complete the groom. In addition to the
grooming fee, a mobile grooming trip fee of $20 is incurred for any service
requested. Please call me to obtain an estimate.
Waste pick-up is priced based on: size of yard, number of dogs, and frequency.
Please call me to obtain an estimate.
Canine massage & reiki: $15 for a quarter hour, $30 for a half hour.
Canine Carriage Serves Central & Northern

My goal is to provide appointments that meet your needs;
so I am available day, night or weekend.

Sweep's 1st Mobil Grooming Experience
Canine Carriage Pulls Up
to Sweep's house
Little did Sweep know he had a
blind date with Canine
Carriage....he is a Border Collie
who spends his days working
hard as an employee at
Huntingdon Valley County Club.
After a grueling day of work,
Sweep is often grumpy as
well as dirty....the long winter
has taken it's toll on him and
now he is ready to shed some
hair and clean up his act a bit...
Usually taking his time to warm
up to someone he doesn't
know...he plays the tough guy
role, with a few well placed growls
But I doubt there is a dog out
there who could resist the charm
of Groomer Gerry Longacre...
And in short time, Sweep is as
happy as a lark....
Look, he is even smiling for his
picture!
Gerry prepares to take a
few years off his aged looks
by giving him a haircut...
As Sweep loosens up a bit,
he shares a few jokes with
Gerry, making her laugh!
Beginning to feel more
confident in his increasing
good looks, Sweep poses
for a picture with one of
his adoring fans!
Sweep asks Gerry to take off just
enough to make him look distinguished,
yet authoritative so the geese he
chases off the course know he still
means business...
A metro look just wouldn't do the
job for this guy with a reputation to
upkeep!
Hey, do you mind?
Can I have a little privacy
while I bathe?
I may be a bit wet
but I'm no drip!
Ahh! How wonderful it
feels to have been so
pampered...
I really smell good...
and look fantastic!
It is going to be tough
work keeping all the
girls at arms length now!
THANKS GERRY!
YOU'RE THE
GREATEST!
