Reiki:
Your Reiki Healing session begins with a look at each of the
major energy centers, or chakras, in the body. This
helps to determine areas that may be out of balance
energetically and also to provide insight about the
mental/emotional correlation related to those areas.
The Reiki treatment session then proceeds, in a gentle, non-invasive
hands on manner while you lay fully dressed on the massage table. You will be
encouraged to participate actively in the session by tuning into your awareness
of what is needed to stimulate your body's innate wisdom to heal. The Reiki
energy assists you in this process by calming the emotions, inducing relaxation
and restoring peace. The session concludes with the balancing of your energy
centers.
All sessions focus on a holistic approach to help you better understand
the process you are experiencing. Time is spent before and following each
session to determine what specific concerns you have, to answer questions,
and to support your ongoing healing journey. Educational materials are
provided to assist you with your work after you leave.

Reiki Session with Flower Essences
Before and after a session, you will be tested for flower essences.
Flower essences are diluted extracts of various types of flowers and
plants that are used to treat animals and people. They are similar to
homeopathic remedies in that they are diluted and potentized to make
them more effective than just using the original flower as a herbal
extract. The flower remedies act to balance disharmony in the emotional
and spiritual body, and bring about a gentle healing by bringing the
body back in balance with itself. They act almost as catalysts to cause
healing.
Reiki with Stone and Crystals
Gemstone and crystals are incorporated into the session, selected for
specific characteristics that would better assist you in balancing out
your energy system. This approach is based on the belief that the body
has an energy field that can be influenced by the placement of crystals on
specific body points, using the energy of the crystals to clear energy
blockages, both in the physical and auric bodies. It uses resonance, one
vibrating substance to affect or change the vibration or frequency in another
vibrational substance, creating a great sense of relaxation and well-being. It
alleviates tension and stress and aids in bringing relief on the mental,
emotional, and physical planes.
