    ABOUT SEEDS FOR CHANGE WELLNESS
Seeds for Change Wellness has been operating since March 2005, under the
direction of Scott & Susan Anderson. It is a free educational website created        from a labor of love as a public service. The resources we provide is to
 assist
    those working toward a
holisitc lifestyle.

Living a holistic lifestyle is an ongoing process. It is approaching each day         realizing that we are multi-dimensional- complex individuals who engage on       all  levels, using not only our bodies and mind, but tapping into our emotional     and  spiritual sides as well.

Using this approach
as a guidestone means integrating our multiple intelligences- going beyond our five senses to use all that we sense- not only educating our mind but paying close attention to those gut feelings we have, listening to our heart when it speaks to us, and having the courage to draw upon our imagination and creativity as each day unfolds. It is knowing that to truly be whole, we must engage both our inner and outer selves, and take responsibilty for the direction of our life.

ABOUT SCOTT & SUSAN
Scott and Susan's interest in learning has led them down many interesting roads over the years. They are the proud parents of two amazing daughters, two feisty felines, and a pen full of chickens.

NATURE LYCEUM & JEFF FRANK
Both trianed and taught at the Nature Lyceum on Long Island, NY,  Founded in 1994 by Jeff Frank, The Nature Lyceum, and its staff were dedicated to helping the green industry as well as the backyard gardener to understand the application of organics to the related fields of horticulture. Nature was studied with common sense and a resolve to educate individuals to the benefits of a low tech approach to our world and neighborhoods. Those who were fortunate enough to pass through those gates of learning, moved forward into their communities continuing the mission as a Green Guerilla, spreading the word about organics. Sadly for us, Jeff moved to higher ground, departing on Nov. 28, 2012.  At this time, several Green Guerilla graduates have been getting together with the hopes of reorganizing the Nature Lyecum to continue the great work and vision of Jeff Frank.

SLIM SPURLING & LIGHT-LIFE TECHNOLOGY
Both studied under the direction and training of inventor, researcher and internationally known dowser, Slim Spurling, to learn dowsing and geopathic stress reduction techniques. Scott frequently teaches with Katharina Spurling-Kaffl, Slim's widow, who carries on his work and teachings.

SCOTT ANDERSON
"I have been the Golf Course Superintendent at Huntingdon Valley Country Club, in Huntingdon Valley, PA since 1983. My passion for the environment and for dealing with personal health issues related to frequently working with chemicals, catapulted me in the direction of finding a better way to bring about harmony and balance to both my own life as well as in doing what is best for the environment.

At the golf course, I have been utilizing organics in building sustainable soils,
while reducing the need to input synthetic products.  Using intuition and innovative techniques, I am making advances in maintaining a golf course with high standards while reducing the detrimental effects on the environment. As a graduate of the Green Guerilla organic program at the Nature Lyceum in NY,  I have practical experience and concerns for the environment, which provides  a new perspective as well as useable knowledge on how to bring a home lawn care program into balance with nature. As a dowser who works with the Slim Spurling technology, I work with property owners to help them reduce geopathic stress in their homes and on their properties.

When kicking back to relax, I enjoy playing golf or going out and following the local music scene,"

SUSAN ANDERSON
"I remember hearing once the average person nowadays will have about seven different careers in a life time, and well, I guess I fit into that category. My first career lasted over two decades- teaching public school, working with the special student population. Although I left teaching to be home with my young children at the time, it is still my passion and is the thread that runs though everything I touch.

After that, I immersed myself in the healing arts and became a holistic practitioner focusing on energy work.  I have had the opportunity to run many workshops, classes and self help groups as well as provide practitioner services. Before Seeds for Change Wellness was created, I attended ministry school and became a non-denominational minister.  So I am one of those lucky people who gets to officiate at many happy events such as weddings and baby namings through Many Blessings Ministry.

Although not a professional writer, I do enjoy writng.  Over the years, I have written many articles related to health and wellness,  authored several books and write for our website and blogs.

Currently my full time occupation is as a mixed media artist and jewelry designer for my business Earthy By Design.  Always feeling a deep connection toward the natural world, I am pulled in by the beautiful designs, colors and textures created by Mother Nature- which is my inspiration.  I accidently fell into creating art a few years ago and have not looked back.  It fuels my need for releasing creative energy like nothing else I know!  Since I am self taught, I am free to play outside the box of rules that might have constrained me if I went to art school. And I am having the time of my life.  Luckily, I have the opportunity to  combine my two favorite passions art and teaching, by giving regular workshops at one of our local galleries that shows my work."
